90 m2 apartment renovated in January 2020 (lacquered doors, total renovation of the 2 bathrooms, renovated kitchen, all brand new furniture) in one of the best areas of Las Canteras beach, in the Guanarteme neighborhood, just a 4-minute walk from Las Canteras beach, Mesa and Lopez's shopping area and Santa Catalina Park. The apartment is in a family building of only 3 floors, built in 1998, very quiet and bright. The street is pedestrian and the building has an elevator.

If you come with children, the capacity can grow to 5 people, since one child can sleep in the high sleeper and we have a fold-away crib for an infant. The access is a dirt road of 350 m which might be difficult for some drivers, but you can leave the car at the entrance and we transport the luggage. Enjoy nature and silence!
