Large delicate house

Large and delicate single-family home right in the center of Henningsvær overlooking the harbor. This is one of the older homes in Henningsvær that is characterized by something mansion. Here you have a comfortable ceiling height, spacious exterior, large and well equipped kitchen, kitchen island, dining room and two sofa groups, a small toilet, and all this you will find on the ground floor. If we go further up to the second floor, we find 6 delicate and warm bedrooms, good closet space, a private laundry room and a large bathroom with hot tub. Bathroom number 2 is in the basement.

The house is located in a quiet and central area. Walking distance to shops, gallery, museum, aquarium and eateries. Nature is right outside the door - it's a short way to both the mountains and the ocean! The house has a large garden, private parking, porch + balcony. In the house lives a kind cat who goes in and out himself, but has to get food, water and cuddles. 1st floor: living room, kitchen and toilet. 2nd floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 3 single beds) and bathroom with toilet and shower. In this modern residence, you can seek peace and relax in a beautiful landscape. It is located rurally at the end of Eidsfjorden in Vesterålen, about 15 km from the center of Sortland. Suitable as a starting point for trips to Øksnes, Andøya, Hadsel and Lofoten. There are also great hiking/summit ski areas right outside the house. The area is rich in sea eagles and there is a high probability that you will be able to spot one. You can also rent a boat for fishing in the fjord.
