Nice, functional and comfortable house for relaxing near Cuautla. It has a garden and a small and pleasant private pool. Ideal for children 10 years old and under. Located on the grounds of the Ex Hacienda del Río Coahuixtla. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, 2 terraces, equipped kitchen, dining and dining room grill, palapa and river view. Pets welcome; no parties or very loud music. Closed subdivision in the common area there is another garden and pool. Access paying the subdivision fee.

A few blocks from the ADO,GOLD and OCC. 20min drive from Oaxtepec SixFlags. It has no parking but the street is too quiet to leave the car. There are also pay parking lots nearby. It is invoiced.
