Perfect house with a fabulous view of the mountains. Ideal for rest. Close to the waterfalls of Visconde de Mauá and tourist waterfalls with 4 bedrooms (3 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). Mountain views, vegetable garden, orchard, inside gated condominium, peace, smell of wet land, TV with satellite dish, 10mb WiFi and hot water. WE DO NOT RENT MONTHLY INTERNET STARLINK The 2200sqm estate of grassy land, fruit trees and fenced with cedar (living fence) the host will have total privacy in the house. There are no other houses on the ground. Our chalet is next to the Eubiose waterfall and also very close to the most visited waterfalls with only 6 km you know 5 of them. We are 5 minutes from the City Center (3 km). For the holidays we only work with packages we ask to consult before requesting a reservation. For weekends we are only closing reservations for a minimum of 2 guests and 2 nights. For the New Year holiday we are only closing reservations with a minimum of 8 people and 3 nights.
