Charming house Båstad-good location 6+2

Charming, partly newly renovated villa with private location on Tarravägen not more than that of Hotel Skansen in downtown Båstad with a beach, the harbor, and the walking path with restaurants. The location is high and free with wonderful views from the large terrace that is generously furnished with, among other things, sofa and parasols. BBQ grill. The property is about 3000 sqm Perfect for generational living or family with small larger children as the newly renovated guest house has two beds, shower/WC and kitchenette. Great beds everywhere.

Between Båstad and Torekov you will find this holiday home with stunning views of Skälderviken and proximity to both golf courses and swimming. Also ICA store is about 1 km away from the house. The house can advantageously be used both in winter and in summer. At the front, you'll find a terrace with a stunning view. There's also a more protected patio in the back. The house has an open plan with kitchen/fireplace, among other things, relaxation corner. On floor 2 there are bedrooms as well as a cozy living room with TV.

Newly built house close to the sea

Have fun with the family at this stylish place, completed in the spring of 2023. From the property you will see magically beautiful sunsets. Beach minutes away and is only reached through a small path. Two larger bedrooms with double beds as well as a smaller one with an 80-bed one that could easily be pulled out to a 160-bed. Fully equipped modern kitchen with lights and nice dining area. The home is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Welcome to a newly renovated villa 70s villa on Ljungvägen in Grevie, with a great view from a lovely terrace over Skälderviken in the south, Kullahalvön and Kullen lighthouse in the southwest as well as Salomonhög in the west. 11 beds with the possibility to share the floor plan and charging station in the carport. Here you can enjoy the peace and nature on the Bjäre peninsula while staying comfortable and modern. Hiking trails, bike paths, 4 golf courses, paddle and tennis rack are available to borrow.

Contemporary designed house in Båstad

The house is located in a quiet and rural location near the center of Båstad (car 3 min/walk 20 min). The interior is bright Scandinavian with generous areas for socializing and relaxing. The sheltered courtyard in the southwest offers several places for meals, cooking, sun and rest. The garden to the east has a large grassy area for play and games and a breakfast area. The house was designed by Mima architects and was built in 2019. It was nominated for Båstad's architecture award in 2020.

Paradise in Båstad

Only a 10 minute walk from central Båstad you will find this summer paradise with magnificent views and a gorgeous pool and terraces in many directions with no disturbing neighbors close. Your own creek will keep you calm together with the yoga house in the middle of the parklike huge parcel. With three main bedrooms, two huge living rooms with a fireplace and a guest cabin you can easily fit 10 people here. Though an old house, it is very modern with all amenities you need for your stay.

Charming summerhouse in Ängalag.

Charming summer house in a rural setting in Ängalag . The house is surrounded by a generous villa garden and gives you as a guest own access to the garden with patio and terrace. Parking available right next to the house. Here you get proximity to nature, wonderful bike paths and swimming. The surroundings offer several farm shops and feel free to take a walk to nearby vineyard, nature reserves and the sea. Proximity to bus stop to Båstad, Torekov and Boarps commercial village.

Guest house with great views close to nature

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of the landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of Bjärehalvö. In 2024 we have not finished the closest environment around the house but a deck with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

Ett charmigt hus på 160 kvm med närhet till både havet och golfbanor. Ett rymligt hus med badrum, kök, vardagsrum och 2 dubbelrum på första plan. På andra plan finns där två dubbelrum med utsikt över kullen. Från vardagsrummet kan man gå ut på uteplatsen och trädgården för att grilla och umgås. Obs! Grillkol och tändvätska ingår ej. Wonderful townhouse in Båstad

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your stay. This house is located in the old part of Båstad a stone's throw from the beach, marina, tennis and restaurants The house is newly renovated, a whole secluded courtyard with sea view, where there are two dining tables and chairs and sunbeds, gas grill with hot plate. There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed two extra sleeping places.
