Splendid terrace magnificent view

Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Unique Apt in the Marais/Beaubourg

The perfect place to discover Paris. Our spacious 70 m2 are situated next to the famous Centre Pompidou in the city center of Paris. You can easily discover the whole town on foot, lots of sites are near-by. We are located on the first floor (no lift, but only one flight of stairs) in a pedestrian area without traffic. Sleeping is very calm. The neighborhood though is lively with lots of cafés and restaurants around. It will be a pleasure for us to provide recommendations for a happy stay!

A jungle flat fully renovated by July 2023 in the heart of Paris nearby the Père-Lachaise cemetery with everything you need for a pleasant Parisian stay! 1 minute away from the Atelier des Lumières an incredible unexpected place in the heart of Paris! 3 différent metro stations nearby! If you like nature and flowers, this is the place you gotta come to ;-) This flat is listed as tourism accommodation, and makes you benefit from a very low touristic tax compared to other apartments ;-)

This house of about 30 square meters, is located in the old heart of Paris, 3 minutes walk from Place de la Bastille and a short walk from the Marais. An area characterized by an immense variety of clubs, bars and restaurants for all types of cuisines and nationalities. The apartment is located in rue de Charonne, near the metro Ledru Rollin and Bastille, allowing you to be quickly connected to the whole city. Beautiful 484 sq. ft. apartment nestled in the heart of Paris. Superbly decorated, bright, comfortable and extremely well located in the Bastille area. You will benefit from a convivial living room with dynamic colors, as well as a very nice, completely equipped, American kitchen! The bedroom is smartly separated by a library and it can be isolated with 2 white curtains. There is also a bathroom with vintage colors and a separate powder room.

Very well located, the flat is around the corner from Place des Vosges and at walking distance to the Picasso Museum, Pompidou Center, Notre Dame..
