Beautiful 105 m² apartment on the 1st floor with large south and west balconies, modern kitchen with basic equipment, cozy living and dining room. With direct access from the separate parking space in front of the house, on request with electric car connection socket. Near the train station and the outdoor swimming pool, but still not on a thoroughfare. Close to both beautiful recreational areas but on the other hand to the highway, large shopping centers and sports and fitness facilities. Suitable for vacation or business travel.

Das 1,5 Zimmer Apartment ist sehr ruhig und nah an Weinbergen und der Natur gelegen. Sehr schön für Spaziergänge oder zum Joggen. Dennoch ist Ludwigsburg in nur wenigen Minuten zu erreichen und auch Stuttgart ist in 30 min zu erreichen.
