We are a few minutes walk from Boambee Beach & Boambee Bay,5 minute drive to Sawtell village & Coffs International Stadium. The studio features an open plan with separate bathroom. Our home is on the top level with the studio situated on the ground level underneath our living area.Featuring queen bed, sofa, TV, kettle, unlimited wifi, electric frypan, toaster,microwave& ceiling fan for cooling.All linen provided. Suit singles or a couple. Guests have their own private side gate access.

My place is close to great restaurants and dining, the patrolled beach, great coffee, boutique shopping, RSL, Bowling and Golf clubs plus the local cinema. You’ll love my place because it is only 10 mins or 700 metres easy walk to all of the above in the beautiful township of Sawtell. The homes outside space has ample parking for cars and boat. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).

Our family home is empty and we would love to share the rooms with guests. We have a queen with airconditioning and a twin room available. There is a shared guest bathroom .we will only take one booking at a time, so you will only share the bathroom with people you know.This is a great stopover for (URL HIDDEN) note there is NO sitting room and NO cooking facilities As a superhost with Airbnb I'm committed to cleaning protocol

Only 2 minutes off the highway this recently constructed apartment has a private entrance and balcony overlooking natural reserve in peaceful surroundings. A fully functional kitchen ~ filtered water ~ spacious lounge and separate bedroom~ split system aircon ~ overhead fans and mood lighting. The bathroom has a generous shower and washing machine.
