Kick back, relax and enjoy one of the most stunning Cornish sea views towards St Ives and Godrevy lighthouse from the living area. A perfect place to enjoy the old local town with a selection of restaurants, pubs and a mini supermarket all within walking distance. The river is a short walk from the apartment and is a beautiful place to sit by. Beautiful countryside walks are also nearby. 9A is a 5 minute walk to the train station, making it easy to get around Cornwall or to arrive to from anywhere in the UK.

Sadly we are selling up and not running the Barn as a holiday let from 2/9/2024. A million thanks to everyone who booked the Barn over the past 9 years. Our buyers may well open the Barn up again for bookings soon. The Barn is a recently converted (2016), luxury romantic retreat situated in a secluded, hidden valley overlooking the Warleggan/Bedalder River. Surrounded by wildlife, majestic oaks and bluebell woods, it is within easy reach of many of Cornwall's unique locations.

The view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches only a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The coastal path is right here too, if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll soon forget you're only a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre. A perfect spot for families & couples. We can sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members). We hope you love it as much as we do!
