Great panoramic view over Lerum city and lake of Aspen. The apartment is 30 sqm located in the basement of a house with its own private Sauna and a lovely Bathtub in the middle of living room. Private entrance, well secluded from the rest of the house and with full privacy. Private kitchen and bathroom. All areas in the apartment has seaview and there is a roofed terrace outside. This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

This upper floor of a riding house was finished in June 2020 with a total of 112sqm. The beds are made when you arrive and towels are included. wood with acoustic woodfibre ceiling creates a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
