Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Studio with bikes and sup in former consumption

Our beautiful apartment is a separate small apartment in our house. You have your own apartment entrance here and are therefore completely independent. In the furnishings, we proceeded individually and of high quality and have made little use of the pole. Free Wi-Fi, SmartTV and modern fitted kitchen are provided if you don't want to go to the nearby city, the city harbor or the beach. The apartment has great transport links and is still very quiet.

A beautiful, cozy room is waiting for you. There you will find bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You can use the bathroom with shower alone. In the hallway we could rarely meet. I can also offer you a bike. You may already be able to check in in the morning.
