Ranch is over 150 acres so there’s lots of space to roam and adventure.

Holland House, a building filled with character and charm built in 1877; one of only a few that survived the hurricane of the 1900's. The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Located on the square, a private brick paved courtyard has large oak trees to unwind or simply enjoy the quiet that our small town has to offer. Bed (2) upstairs in loft open arrangement with tv, sofa and pool table. Roku tv with YouTubeTV is provided. Kitchen is fully equipped - Keurig coffee maker, dishes, flatware, pots/pans and cups/mugs. **Airbnb put us in Lake category- but we are 15 miles from Lake Somerville. Pond on the property**

It has 1 king size bed, a closet, full size bathroom, and a kitchenet with sink, 2-burner stove, a fridge, and a Keurig coffee maker. It also has a Smart TV and WiFi. There can be NO SMOKING. You will also have your own private deck and private entrance to the stairway leading up to the loft.

Cozy up by the indoor fire or sit by the outdoor fire pit and enjoy the sunset views. Take a dip in the pool after a day of fishing, shopping, and relaxing. Great for families or groups. Hot tub can be turned on for an additional $50/ night (6 hrs). Sleeps up to 10-12 guests comfortably. No parties.
