The apartment is situated in a newly constructed building with modern finishes, right next to the District 5 city hall so the area is very safe. You can reach the old town by foot in about 20 minutes, but you also have quick and easy access to multiple means of public transport. There are a few restaurants nearby, while the Expirat nightclub, the Carol park and the Roman Arenas (great concerts) are at a 5 min walk.
