Independent studio,included in my house,with ample parking (private,free). On the heights of Menton, quiet, with a magnificent view around and mountains, and sea too, 20 minutes from the beaches of Menton (by car). Close to Italy, nice independent studio in a house. 12km from Monaco ( 20 mins by car ). 11km from Ventimiglia (Italy). Less than 10 minutes from the A8 Accès France /Italy. Valley of Wonders(Castérino 1h and a half ).
