Best location! Central

3 double beds, 1 single bed. Privileged location: - 50m from the boardwalk - 150m central square - 250m Water Park - 250 meters from the Carrossel supermarket. It is possible to go to the park and enjoy all restaurants, cafes and bars without worrying about using a car. Situated on the 1st floor with only 1 flight of stairs. There are 3 bedrooms in total, 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds, and 1 bedroom with a double bed plus one single bed. 1 spacious bathroom with shower, and a bathroom without.

It is an apartment in the center of Caxambu, with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. (Rua Major Penha 359, apt 1210) My apartment is located in the city center, close to bakeries, pharmacies, lottery shops and banks. You were able to do everything on foot, including going to the water park to try the medicinal waters. Caxambu is a strategic city for those who want to get to know other cities such as São Lourenço, Aiuruoca and Baependi
