Build in 1907, our house has an unbeatable view of the whole bay of Valparaíso and Cerros Florida, Cárcel, Alegre, Concepción, Artillery. Rebuilt on three levels, where wood and windows make it a very bright and welcoming space. Located in Cerro Bellavista, one block from the Espíritu Santo elevator, very close to Victoria Square. We receive you in a cozy duplex in the Vistalegre building. I ask you to take care of it as if it were your home. You can walk to restaurants in Cerro Alegre, Cerro Concepcion and downtown. Nearby you find: Paseo Yugoslavo, Paseo Gervasoni and Paseo Atkinson; El Peral, Reina Victoria and Concepcion elevators. Although the elevator is working well, you have to climb stairs. Ask about paid parking and for early check in and late check out.

Heritage value house with incredible bay views.

My house has an important heritage value as it has 100 years but perfectly maintained, comfortable and cosy, with a wood warming stove, high ceilings, beautiful views of the whole bay and harbour. With two terraces, a kitchen totally implemented and beautiful views from kitchen and dining room. We don’t have this house for business. It’s our beautiful place to escape from stress which we rent when we don’t go.
