Charming and quiet apartment with private entrance

Our clean comfortable home is situated in the east valley. Close to restaurants, freeway and shopping. Queen bed and double hide-a-bed in living room to accommodate 3 people. Microwave, mini-fridge, coffee pot in the suite. There is no access to a full kitchen. Per Airbnb’s policy, we want you to know we have a camera with exterior video surveillance. No animals. No tobacco or vaping allowed on the property. Only registered guest allowed on property. Not appropriate for kids.

Clean and new. Close to downtown Gilbert, with a fun night life & lots of restaurants. 20 min from airport. Close to lots of shopping. Easy access to freeways, less than half an hour to downtown Phoenix. Located on an acre of land, it feels like a little bit of country right inside the city. It's a mile from Freestone park, with tennis, b-ball, volleyball, batting range, playgrounds, ponds, small amusement park. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Please no parties!
