New to Airbnb, this escape from the everyday has been in the family since it was built in the early 60s and contains works by local family artist MargaMod. With waves rolling by outside the front door and views of La Graciosa, Montaña Clara and Alegranza, this perfectly situated cottage is a place to relax and reconnect with nature - wonderful for writers and inspiration-seekers.

Lovely apartment with pool, residential area

The apartment is in one of the most exclusive residential areas on the island, very safe and well connected. It is part of a beautiful villa but has a private entrance and direct access to the private garden and private pool. Equipped with all kinds of details. Price/night up to 2 pax €65, 3rd pax surcharge €15. We are close to a boardwalk, with bike path, leading to Arrecife or Playa Honda, ideal location to explore the island: 37 km from the south and 40 from the north.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

Places of interest: FELISA CENTER, downtown. You'll love my place because it's a good downtown location just minutes walk to the main leisure and interest spots. It is a nice apartment, new and tastefully decorated. In addition, guests will not have to waste time searching for parking as it has free parking in front of the building.
