L'appartamento è super panoramico data l'altezza, dal balcone privato è possibile ammirare un panorama mozzafiato. Posizionato al decimo piano con ascensore è composto da un salone, una camera da letto, angolo cucina e bagno. L'appartamento è totalmente ristrutturato e dotato di ogni comfort, caldaia, riscaldamento autonomo e aria condizionata, Internet gratuito, tv, cucina completa, portiere. Tutto l'appartamento è a disposizione dei nostri ospiti. Sono a disposizione per qualsiasi intervento abitando vicino l'appartamento, posso consigliarvi al meglio sia per un percorso turistico sia per delle curiosità che solo un napoletano può regalare! Sono disponibile ad offrire anche un servizio di trasfert con l'aereoporto di Capodichino compatibilmente ai miei impegni di lavoro con un piccolo extra. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. A pochi passi: Molo di Mergellina da cui imbarcarsi per Ischia, Capri e Procida o la Costiera Amalfitana nel periodo estivo con il metrò del mare. Sono attivi nel periodo estivo anche i collegamenti con le Isole Eolie. Stazione Napoli Mergellina, chiaro e bellissimo esempio di stile liberty, da ammirare e da scoprire. Via Caracciolo, dove è possibile passeggiare sul lungomare e ammirare i caratteristici luoghi raffigurati in quelle cartoline tanto vendute nei negozi di souvenir, respirare l'aria di mare tra le barche ormeggiate, magari sorseggiando una bibita fresca. Piazza Sannazzaro, famosa per la sua Fontana della Sirena. Sono presenti anche numerosi e rinomati bar, ristoranti e pizzerie. Sempre vicino l'appartamento c'è il Parco Vergiliano a Piedigrotta dove riposano le spoglie di Giacomo Leopardi e di Virgilio. A cinque minuti: Il PAN (Palazzo delle Arti Napoli) che ospita spesso mostre meravigliose. Sul lungomare inoltre c'è la splendida Villa Pignatelli e il Museo Principe Diego Aragona Pignatelli Cortes. Via Caracciolo, la villa comunale e i suoi giardini. A dieci minuti: Raggiungerete a piedi il quartiere più chic di Napoli, Chiaia, ideale per lo shopping diurno e il divertimento serale, dall'aperitivo in poi.. Infatti alle spalle di Piazza San Pasquale ci sono tantissimi bar e locali per una favolosa cena e un dopocena glamour. Ad una fermata di metropolitana o di Cumana invece il centro storico di Napoli raggiungibile anche a piedi con una piacevole passeggiata in pianura attraversando il quartiere Chiaia o in alternativa percorrendo il lungomare. L'appartamento si trova in riva al mare, ai piedi della collina di Posillipo, in una zona residenziale e ben abitata. È ben servito dai mezzi, ed è vicino al molo di Mergellina, dal quale partono i collegamenti con Capri, Ischia e Procida. E' un quartiere molto esclusivo, troverete tutto quello di cui avete bisogno a prezzi non turistici!

Lovely Nest for 2 in Naples Center

A beautiful fully furnished apartment on the second floor of an old Neapolitan building of 1891 with an elevator. Spacious, bright and with very high ceilings, windows and balcony overlooking one of the most vibrant and true areas of downtown. A large bedroom with King size bed and Memorex mattress, wardrobe and desk, bright living area with sofa, kitchen with everything you need to immerse yourself in the Neapolitan culinary tradition, a bathroom with shower. The entire apartment is available for guests and is covered by free high-speed wifi internet. We love to entertain, help to discover the city, and make friends with solar, friendly, warm-hearted, travelers (not tourists), who love their life and who are as flexible as needed to truly experience Naples, a little less we love to host rigid and uncompromising persons, perfection maniacs or stressed tourist who they think they're booking an hotel at low price. For that matter we strongly advise those kind of tourists against the imperfection of Naples and its culture. Characteristic and authentic area in the middle of two of the oldest areas of Naples, surrounded by markets, shops, restaurants and services of all kinds and a stone's throw from transportation, museums and monuments. Real daily life in Naples, away from stereotypes and scenes built specifically for tourists looking exclusively for the same city in every place. Undoubtedly a hectic place (attention to you, delicate ears looking for peace), but totally worth living. And loved. Most of the thing you may wish to see or have are at hand, right around your home at a max a 15-20 minutes walk. You are surrounded with any kind of shop and popular markets where you can buy anything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bus stop and taxi area are at few meters from home, train station is a 10 minutes walk and both airport and port are at 20 minutes by car or public transport. As for art and monuments you got it yet! All around you have beautiful architectures, both old and new, the Botanical Garden is few steps from home and the Greek and Roman Part of Naples is at a 15 minutes walk belong to National Archeologic Museum, Madre Contemporary Museum and a really a lot more. Also with the Metro lines and Circumvesuviana (both accessible inside the train station) you can reach almost any part of the city quickly or start your trip to Pompei, Vesuvius or Sorrento, just to name a few common destinations. The entire center of Naples, without particular exceptions, is a very active and frenetic place (we are also known for this :D ), the popular ferment is an intrinsic and characteristic part of Neapolitan culture, an eternal living theater. This reality represents for almost all tourists part of the beauty in which they want to dive in Naples, but of course everyone is different, has its own history and habits. If you are coming from very quiet areas, you know you are tolerant of chaos, your sleep is so light that even the clutter of a clock can be a problem, we suggest you opt for more residential areas outside of the center such as the Vomero, Fuorigrotta or Posillipo area. But in this case, know that you're missing out on the best :)

Panoramic Gi-Ro penthouse on Via dei Presepi

In full autonomy with self check-in you can access the bright and panoramic penthouse, in one of the most visited areas of the old town. On the top of a palace from the 18th century, it preserves ancient details such as the original exposed beams, furnished in a modern style with attention to the quality of the materials. In a restored 18th century building, the house is on the 5th floor and you can easily reach it with an elevator that stops on the 4th floor and then make only two flights of stairs, as shown in the photo. In the decor and renovation of the house, I have paid attention to the quality of the materials to offer my guests every comfort. Attico GI-RO is equipped with free WI-FI, video intercom, air conditioning, espresso machine, kettle, hairdryer, hairdryer, iron, and more. The living area is spacious with a very comfortable sofa bed (equipped with an 18 cm high mattress), a dining table, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare a relaxing dinner, enjoying the beautiful view. Walking distance: one metro station (Dante), bus stops and taxi stations Piazza Garibaldi train station is only 15 minutes away, reachable by subway but also on foot.

Lovely apartment next to via dei Mille

Cozy and independent apartment with vaulted ceilings, Capri style floor and with little and romantics balconies. It sets in a quiet centre street from where starts an antique stair that can bring you to the elegant Via dei Mille. Easy access to both piazza Plebiscito and the storic centre. You also have an easy access to the public transport and to the Funicolare Centrale. They are all within a few minutes walk away.
