IMPORTANT: Contact before making the reservation so that the conditions can be indicated. In July and August, the rental will be for full weeks or biweekly and between one reservation and another, a maximum of one day will be left. Beachfront apartment overlooking the Lighthouse of Cape D'Artrutx. It has a communal pool and garden,has two double bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and living area. Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

Charming house in the historic center of Ciutadella

Fully restored and equipped house in historic downtown. Located on a pedestrian street and very quiet, it retains typical vaulted ceilings. The house consists of the ground floor, where the kitchen, living room and a small indoor patio that gives light and life to the house are located. On a first level, we found a double bedroom and bathroom. On a second level, two double bedrooms and a bath. Going up to the rooftop we find the laundry area.
