Cross's Barn is a beautiful, modern and luxurious place to stay. A prime location, right in the heart of the Cotswolds between Burford and Bourton-on-the-Water. With most, if not all of the Cotswolds most sought after pubs, restaurants, and tourist locations close by, and beautiful countryside walks surrounding it. North leach town is just a three minute drive away. The barn is open plan, spacious, also super cosy, and perfect for a countryside Cotswold getaway! It is quiet, and simply magical!

Perfect location! Grade II listed honey stone cottage with heaps of character! Minimum 3 night stay. With huge inglenook fireplace and log burner for winter stays. Exposed beams and honey coloured stone. Two low beams on the ground floor (5ft 7) and steep stairs to 2nd and third floors, stair rope or rails throughout. Private allocated parking to the front. Peace and quiet and birdsong when sitting in the courtyard , yet central to pubs, restaurants and river walks.3pm check in, 10am check out

A recently developed, beautifully furnished space, COSY for two adults (+ 1 baby under 1 year old OR one fur-baby. Not suitable for toddlers). Situated in a sleepy Cotswold village, private drive, small garden/patio area. There are lots of stunning walks on the door step and we are close to many Cotswold attractions including Diddly Squat Farm and The Farmers Dog pub. NB. We have created a purpose built one-bedroom annexe with your own front door and designated parking. Finished to a very high specification for the perfect relaxing holiday. A variety of teas/coffees/milk in the fridge, cereals and instant porridge also available. Close to the village, a brisk 10 minute walk and ample walking routes right from the front door.

Self contained dog friendly accommodation

Our private suite consists of 3 connecting rooms. Bedroom with double and single beds, lounge with sofa, TV, dining table and bathroom. Entry is via your own front door opening in to the lounge. Coffee/tea making facilities and small fridge only. No cooking facilities but crockery available for take-aways. Situated in a very quite cul-de-sac yet just minutes from Bourton-on-the-Water high street. Dogs welcome with own bedding.

We’ve recently converted our new barn into a stylish and comfortable three bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a super-king size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, shower and double basin. The second bedroom has a double bed and single bed and it’s own shower room. There is a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The sitting room has an electric wood burner. Every room has stunning views!
