This is a relaxing completely self-contained studio in very quiet surroundings yet only a few minutes walk from delicious eateries and quirky bars in Ramsbottom and Holcombe Brook. It is perfect for couples who enjoy the great outdoors (you can walk onto the West Pennine Moors from the house) or for those just looking for a private retreat in which to unwind. Spacious family home with good parking and excellent views over a lake. There is a convenience store and coffee shop within 5 mins walk. Walkden train station is 10 mins walk. The M60 ring road is 5 mins drive. There is a large 24hr Tesco 2 mins drive. The property is connected to a 1 acre garden (as seen on TV program Gardeners World). It is for the exclusive use of my 3 Airbnb properties. There is a tree house, pagoda and lots of space to enjoy for picnics, BBQs and games.
