Beautiful Cottage with Suntrap Garden

The cottage is located just out of the centre of Hay opposite the beautiful St Mary's Church. It is slightly quieter here than in the heart of the town but is still only a 5 minute walk into the centre. It is very easy to access the river walks, simply taking the path to the right of the church. The cottage is full of character with wooden beams, a wood-burning stove, the original fireplace in the bedroom, wooden flooring throughout the downstairs, and a beautiful south-facing garden.

Little Pentwyn is in Clyro, a village one mile from Hay-on-Wye. It's an annex on our home and close to other houses but still a quiet area. Cosy accommodation for two or four (with sofa bed). Open plan living area, fitted kitchen, bathroom comprises of bath with shower over. Large deck with sofa and dining area. Central heated, wifi and ample free private parking. Local walks from the property or a short drive away. I have a 2 bedroom flat (Pentwyn Barn) available to book via Airbnb.

Light & spacious studio, 5 minute drive from Hay

The Studio in Priory Wood is a recently converted separate outbuilding next to our home which offers complete privacy and has a spacious, light interior tastefully furnished in a retro style. The Studio is 3 miles outside the beautiful town of Hay on Wye, on the northern edge of the Brecon Beacons and famous for its bookshops and annual literature, music and walking festivals as well as a host of charming independent shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a cinema and weekly farmers market.

Newly renovated, this lovely 2 bedroom cottage is located on the beautiful Whitney Estate, 5 miles from Hay-on-Wye and a 30-minute drive to Brecon Beacon National Park. A short walk away, the village of Whitney-on-Wye offers a riverside pub, canoeing and gourmet shop/café. Walking paths weave through the property and are easily accessible. In addition to numerous area activities including hiking and canoeing, the estate offers salmon fishing beats which are available for guests.

The Tiny Townhouse, Hay-on-Wye

The perfect place to stay as a couple or by yourself when visiting Hay. From the Tiny Townhouse it is only a short walk up Brook St to the centre of town passing Booths Cinema. Closer to home is The Globe, an old converted chapel turned Restaurant. The house is very cosy yet modern with an open plan ground floor with kitchen whilst the upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed & a large walk in shower in the bathroom. At the back of the property there is access for bike storage.

Beautiful bolt-hole in a former pottery workshop in a character cottage. Self-contained space with own entrance. Kingsized bed, down duvet. Large bathroom, Oak floors, high ceilings, natural light, garden view. Perfect retreat on Welsh border, one mile from Hay-on-Wye, and set in beautiful countryside. Self check in. This self-contained studio is the perfect location for cycling, canoeing, gliding, horse riding, fishing, wild swimming, and exploring the Black Mountains, Brecon Beacons and Wye Valley. A footpath at the door, with just a 5 min walk to the river and approx. 1 mile to the Offa's Dyke path which takes you to Hay Bluff. Very pleasant footpath/ bike route to the town . Bike storage on request, CCTV cameras on premises and free car park space provided.

Warm, spacious, comfortable home with private garden and parking. Farmhouse style oak beamed kitchen and wood fires provide a quality space for quality time. Found in a rural castle village on the edge of the Brecon Beacons with doorstep footpaths and the great outdoors. We launder our cotton sheets, clean and maintain the holiday home ourselves, taking time to make it somewhere we are totally satisfied to host our Airbnb guests in.
