The Annexe is a bright, quiet and comfortable modern self contained space with a private entrance and parking on the drive. Broadclyst village has two popular pubs both serve great food and are only a 10min stroll there is also a post office and corner shop. The Cathedral City of Exeter is a 15min drive and is also easily accessible by bus from Broadclyst. Close to Airport but away from flight path, easy access to A30 and M5. Choice of 2 Train Stations Cranbrook or Pinhoe which are a 5min drive

The property is right next to the bus stop and the train station is a 5 minute walk. convenience store and takeaways right on the door step as well as a pub which serves food. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The cottage is an excellent base for a countryside and coastal getaway in Devon. The fully self-contained one bed cottage sits in private grounds with parking and great access to transport links. Just 7 minutes from m5 jcn 29 and Exeter airport or a 12 minute walk from Whimple train station. Exeter has great tourist facilities and restaurants. Well behaved dogs are welcome on the ground floor only. Please don’t plan on leaving your dog alone.

This is a delightful space for a comfortable stay... The room is light and modern with double doors opening out to a private and peaceful garden space. Essentials for a relaxing stay include comfortable double bed, sofa, small kitchen area and flat screen TV. The Garden Room is a completely self-contained space. We are close to Exeter Chiefs, Digby and Sowton train station, The Met Office and Devon and Cornwall police headquarters. Also, excellent amenities close by, such as - Tesco Extra.

Exeter City centre is only 15 mins drive with Exeter Airport and the M5 - J29 & J30 also less than 10 mins drive. We are in close proximity to Rockbeare Manor wedding venue. We are ideally suited if flying from Exeter Airport. There is also a train station at Cranbrook on the Waterloo line 5 mins away.

Our comfortable apartment is situated on the outskirts of Exeter close to Exeter Airport and the City (2.5 miles) . There is an upstairs double bedroom, on ground level a well equiped kitchen with cooker, hob, microwave and fridge, bathroom and lounge area. As well as a good supply of DVD,s & CD to choose from along with many board games & WIFI. The apartment is very warm and cosy, Parking for one car is available on our drive.however we can manage two if needed, by request.

The property comfortably sleeps 4 as a double and king or a double and twin beds. Great rural location with fantastic local walks yet only 10 mins from the centre of Exeter and Exeter University.
