Throw open the windows and let a soft breeze glide through this calm, radiant apartment. Sprawl out on a leather couch and find your center amid modern furnishings and vaulted ceilings. Move to the romantic, rose-colored patio for drinks at sundown. This apartment disposes an Internet service with the following features: INTERNET SPEED: Download: 100 Mbs Upload: 100 Mbs Type: FTTH We fell in love with Alfama and want you to experience it - that's why we want to share our house with you and why we will give you all the nice tips. Be careful, you may fall in love with it too! About the house: it's a BEAUTIFUL 60 sqm apartment in the 2nd floor of a 2 floor building. The apartment was fully renovated in June 2017 (BRAND NEW). It's modern, comfortable and cosy, and will allow you to enjoy Lisbon's mythic light! It's ideal for a couple. Spacious living room equipped with 32'' smart TV and comfortable separate bedroom with 160cm wide double bed. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom and high speed Wi-Fi. Linen and towels are provided. Kitchen is well equipped with nespresso machine, toaster, electric jug, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Basics to cook like olive oil, vinegar, salt and sugar are also available. There is an iron and ironing board as well. In the bathroom, you’ll find a hair dryer (a nice one :)), toilet paper and shower gel. Charming small private patio where you can start your day with a nice breakfast, have a glass of wine or just relax. The flat was fully decorated by me and my husband Ricky and we manage it ourserlves. Price for 2 people using the ALL the house; includes the PRIVATE patio and you can use the entire home services: Kitchen, Living Room etc. You will get the keys from us personally, and we will provide you extra information about Lisbon and Alfama neighborhood. We stay reachable during all your stay. :) The apartment is in an area that's full of history and truly represents the heart of traditional Lisbon. Stroll around its narrow streets to discover little cafes, restaurants, Fado houses, and trendy shops that make up this vibrant neighborhood. A stop for the 28 Tram is just 4min away and Santa Apolónia (metro and train station) and Terreiro do Paço (metro station) are both a 7 min walk from the house. The street is in a limited traffic zone - only taxis and residents can enter. If you wish to come by car, you can park at Largo Terreiro do Trigo, less then 100m from the building. Transfers between the airport and the apartment it’s as extra service - please let us know if are interested. A baby cot is available upon request - please let us know if you'll need it. The Popular Saints Festival is celebrated throughout June in Portugal. The festival in Lisbon is celebrated primarily on the 12th and 13th of June, in memory of Saint Anthony. Across Lisbon's historical neighborhoods you will see colorful decorations, food stalls and live stages to listen to music. As we are situated in the heart of Alfama, during the month of June, specially the 12th, more animation is expected in the streets that surround the apartment and the area will be much more crowded and noisy during this day.

Walk to Museums from an Eclectic, Art-Filled Apartment

Unwind with a good book on a cloud-soft sofa within this bubbly, open-plan apartment boasting colorful artworks, rich chevron wood floors, and charming decor. Clean and safe LAPA48 is located in one of Lisbon's most stylish and smart neighborhoods, Janelas Verdes. This 18th Century apartment has been fully renovated with much care to detail and modern comforts. It overlooks a magnificent square and the Museum of Ancient Art. LAPA48 is a one bedroom apartment, large bathroom and open plan living, dining, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony with unique views of the river. Theres a great American "Crate & Barrel" Sofa bed in the living room, sleeps 2 (queen size). We provide a range of bathroom amenities so you don't have to travel with a suitcase full of liquids and that way you have much more space for souvenirs! We also provide magazine and books in case you fancy chilling out with a nice glass of wine and some funky music. The apartment also has a study corner with a computer. We are also BABY friendly. This means we everything a traveling mummy and daddy need. LAPA48 is walking distance from many interesting and typical restaurants. Easy access to all forms of transportation including typical Lisbon tram. The best way to discover Lisbon is by foot and LAPA48 is the perfect place to start from. Located close to the river and a 20 minute walk into Bairro Alto and Chiado you will discover the charm, warmth and uniqueness that the city of Lisbon has to offer. What makes LAPA48 unique is thats its been created to make you have the best experience possible. All the advice we give you as far as restaurants and where to go is solely based on our personal experience of the city. Guests have access to everything in the apartment. We have Washing powder and all sorts of things so no need to go out and buy things. All you need to do is concentrate on having a nice holiday and good time. There is also plenty of street parking. It costs 80 cents per hour from 09:00-18:00. Free on weekends and holidays. We are always available to welcome the guests and also to give them advice and support while they are here. Set in a friendly, walkable neighborhood, the apartment is a stone’s throw away from traditional restaurants, charming cafes, and bars. Pay a visit to one of the many museums and art galleries that pervade the area. Great bakery downstairs thats a must. There is a tram stop 3 minutes from the house and a bus stop on the square. It's walking distance to town and there is a wonderful garden in the museum. LX Factory is a short walk from the apartment and for those who like to run or ride bikes theres a great track by the river. The amazing French bakery downstairs and the very trendy arty neighbourhood. Good local restaurants with authentic Portuguese cuisine.
