Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.
