Start your day with an espresso on your private balcony, which overlooks a peaceful English churchyard, as you soak up the sounds of the Capital beginning to stir. A rare luxury in such a central location, yet surprisingly tranquil, watch the space transform as evening falls and the stars arrive. Inside, the apartment is an oasis of contemporary style, with a modern, eclectic aesthetic that creates a warm, relaxing space. Indulge in the glamour of this revitalized residence – where extra thought and attention has gone into providing a unique, boutique design for the apartment’s two king bedrooms. With deep, sumptuous orthopaedic mattresses and crisp, white linens, you could be forgiven for thinking you were staying at a luxury hotel. All the windows feature double glazing and black out blinds to keep the city lights and noises out, and privacy and warmth in, so you can catch up on sleep and reenergise, ready for another day exploring Soho. The heart of the flat is an open-concept living and dining room, where vintage seating and warm fabrics contrast with a sleek, fully-equipped kitchen. Everything you need for an extended stay has been provided for – from hob, fridge and microwave oven, to espresso maker and wine glasses, while seating for six means you’ve no excuse not entertain guests and let them enjoy the apartment too. Keep an eye out for the curated collection of artwork that adorn the walls, where bold pieces from local artists mix with vintage film prints. Modern and stylish, this two bedroom apartment is the perfect place to escape the bustling city or throw a small party of your own. You'll have total exclusive access to the apartment. Check-in is both easy and flexible thanks to a keysafe (located nearby, details provided before arrival), meaning you're not left waiting around for hosts to meet you and can make the most of your time in London. The apartment makes it indulgently easy to slip into neighborhood life, with plenty of shopping and dining literally on your doorstep —everything from pub-casual to special celebration. Being in the center of vibrant Soho affords you the choice of many world-renowned restaurants or the option of discovering quaint little bistros on less-visited paths. Perhaps start your day of sightseeing with a light brunch in Covent Garden (5 minute walk), where you’ll find no shortage of delicious bakeries and cafes in the piazza. After, capitalize on everything the Capital has to offer – get lost in the National Gallery (5 minute walk), find some great shopping on Oxford Street (7 minute walk) or something more unique on Carnaby Street (5 minutes), be transported to another land in Chinatown (2 minutes), or catch a show in the theatre district (3-10 minutes). On sunny days, stroll down to St Anne’s Courtyard with a book or join the rest of the city on the leafy setting of Green Park (15 minutes) —and why not continue on to Buckingham Palace, at the far edge of the Hyde Park, to see the changing of the guard? Please note that the apartment – like so many in London – does not have an elevator / lift. It is located on the 3rd floor, but the approximately 35 steps are barely noticeable and provide a little exercise to offset some of the culinary indulgence that Soho has to offer! Also worth noting is that, unlike many other churches in England, St Anne's Church thankfully does not ring/chime through the night, meaning you can benefit from undisturbed sleep! *Please be aware that, due to some shockingly disrespectful guests throwing parties, we now use noise level monitoring software (Minut). This doesn’t listen to guests, as your privacy is very important to us; merely notifies us if noise levels reach unsociable levels.
