Spa with hot tub and sauna all heated via a log burner for the ultimate retreat break. Guest house in large gardens, king sized bed, small kitchen and en-suite. Many local attractions near Brighton Gatwick Airport and the South Downs! Pull out double sofa bed to sleep a further 2, works well for smaller family’s. Stunning 25 meter swimming pond. The water is crystal clear with no chlorine. Large deck and sun-loungers by the swimming pond. We use the garden regularly too, it’s part of our home.

The Hideout is located down a private drive, well off the road and right on Ashdown Forest. We are a five minute walk from Gills Lap which is a central walking hub on the forest. Dogs are welcome and there is a secure, enclosed courtyard garden. You can walk for miles from the gate and we provide maps and walking suggestions. Forest Row, a ten minute drive, provides good shops, restaurants and cafes. There is a great local pub, The Hatch Inn, which is walkable during daylight hours.

The Bothy has been uniquely designed to give you a welcoming , comfortable stay. Just five minutes walk from the centre of the village of Forest Row with its wonderful collection of coffee shops, pubs , gift shops, restaurants and takeaways . The Bothy is also close to some great walking , especially on the Ashdown Forest , home to Winnie The Pooh ! Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.
