Entire apartment with private entrance, patio and parking. Located in Willamette Valley, heart of Pinot Noir wine country. A very short drive to Stoller Winery, Durant Farm, Domaine Serene, and Domaine Drouhin-all with great wine and spectacular views. Our property includes a hazelnut orchard of 2,200 trees, a large pond with floating dock and kayaks, and nicely landscaped areas surrounding the home and apartment. The brick home sits in the middle of about a 100 acre farm, of which 90 acres are hazelnuts. It sits on a hill, bordered by the North Yamhill River on one side and Hwy 47 on another side, with Poverty Bend Rd on the 3rd side. On the 4th side are grass seed fields belonging to another farmer. We will generally be available, but not intrusive. You might see John and Judy weeding the flower beds or picking apples or figs!! We can also take you wine tasting if you like!!
