Lake House (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life dream. But too big to use it alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountain, right on the lake in the middle of forests. In and around the house, everything is very generous for humans and animals. It's very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fire places, our own jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowing boat, sup and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything...so it is more fun for all of us. A special place!

Fantastic house, great views, wallbox

In an elevated position is the holiday home on the Latin mountain. In all seasons an ideal place for peace, togetherness and relaxation. Hikes directly from the house to the fantastic surroundings possible. A magnificent view of the gentle hilly landscape of southern Styria overlooking the Slovenian border. Away from everyday life, stress and hustle and bustle, and yet important shops, pharmacies, MTB rental stations and the regional culinary highlights can be reached in about 5 - 15 minutes.

Guest apartment has living /bedroom, small Kitchen, bathroom/Toilet. We are located at 1000m above sea level and have a wonderful view. Sauna can be used for an extra fee. Fireplace and public pool are always available. Wonderful hiking trails, a small ski area, a cross-country trail,riding stables,as well as a nearby 18-hole golf course complete the offer. Beautiful city of Graz can be reached in 35 mins.

A very stylish house with 3 rooms and space for 6 people. About 5 km from the city center of Deutschlandsberg and 35 km from the capital Graz. There are many attractions such as the castle DLBG or the wine-growing area of Kitzeck, etc. In addition, the €1.50 fee per adult(guest)/night is payable on site. The garage and the basement is not part of the rental. Garage and basement are privately used by us.

The apartment is very well equipped, located in the center of the village, but is still quiet. Wies is located in the Schilcher(wine)region, but it is also the surrounding very easy to navigate mountains, as well as Graz quickly accessible as the state capital. No guests with motorbikes!
