Classic 3/1 beach house, half block to beach

Classic beach house, 1/2 block to beach. Caracter with a fresh look. Plenty to do in OB. Biking, surfing lessons, walk on the beach. Our dog friendly (NO Cats) Beach House is between OB pier & Dog Beach, short walk. We also have a cozy back patio with a small grass area for your fur-baby. $150 pet fee. A pet agreement must be signed before check in. We have ring motion lights w/camera. Units are under the flight path of SD airport, earplugs provided. We live in the front unit, see you soon.

This San Diego Beach House is an amazing, renovated home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located on the first, second, and third floor of a duplex with ocean views of the South Mission Beach Jetty and Ocean Beach across the Mission Bay Channel. We can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children for 10 total guests. This house is intended for family vacations—it is not a party house. The owners live two doors down if you ever need assistance with anything.

Excellent location to explore Ocean Beach and San Diego. This is a very walkable neighborhood and you will find sand and water, coffee, breakfast, lunch, dinner, music, shops, within a few blocks. The community of Ocean Beach has always been celebrated for its eclectic vibe. People are kind, considerate, and friendly.
