With its spacious design and comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, this 40m² apartment in the centre of San Sebastian is ideal for families, professionals and couples looking for a relaxed base to get to know and enjoy the city. Located on the first floor of a romantic building with elevator, the apartment is located on Moraza Street. All the attractions of the city are just a few steps from the apartment: The cathedral of the Good Shepherd, Loyola Street and its shops, the San Martin shopping center, the beach of La Concha, the Old Part, the mole/metro station... All that San Sebastian offers in a 5-minute walk. Completely renovated in 2018, the apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed and a modern fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, hob, washer and dryer, iron, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Available high chair and baby cot. The apartment is so well located that we can walk to any interesting point in the city. The car is not necessary, except if you are interested in excursions in the surroundings (Zarauz, Getaria, San Juan de Luz...). Public parking is available 24 hours a minute at the driver's expense. Ubicado en el antiguo, hay alrededor todo tipo de comercios, bares(pintxos) y restaurantes. 1 habituación con cama de matrimonio, una cama de 90cm en el salón y baño. Apartamento céntrico de 67 m2, ¡totalmente reformado! A sólo 300 m de la Catedral del Buen Pastor y a 600 m de la playa ¡En pleno centro de la ciudad! Con wifi y calefacción. El apartamento cuenta con 2 dormitorios, (uno con cama de 1,35 m y el otro con cama de 1,60 m) y amplio salón-cocina-comedor. Los dos dormitorios y el salón tienen balcón y vistas a la calle.
