Large 1 ac property, tucked away from the city, but still centrally located. One of ABQ's safest neighborhoods. Adjacent to the "acequia" canals with miles of nature walking trails. Pool is perfect for summer. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurant, book store, & Nature Center State Park. Close to Old Town, Downtown, UNM, & Balloons.

This turn of the century rare two car garage is now a very well appointed studio apartment. It's open but defined spaces leave you feeling relaxed while works great as a base camp for your explorations of Albuquerque and beyond. It comes with a cozy yet high-end kitchen. The bathroom space is pocket-size with plenty of style. Some my find the bathroom space challenging. Located north of downtown on the fringe of a quiet residential area. Plenty of cafes, breweries, coffeeshop in walking distance

We are thrilled to offer visitors to Albuquerque the opportunity to stay at an authentic Watson adobe in historic Old Town Albuquerque, New Mexico. The 2bd 1ba house sleeps 5, and is 1-2 blocks from Old Town, several museums, and a vibrant neighborhood full of restaurants, cafes and more. The Sawmill and BioPark are walkable/bikeable, as are the Rio Grande Bosque open space, Downtown and the Rail Yards. The location is truly one of the best in ABQ and perfectly suited for exploring the city!

Lovely and quiet 2bd 1ba home to rest your head.

We have a lovely, well lit and sleek southwest interior design that is mixed with mid-century style furniture. Forced central air and heat (not common in NM, as most utilize evap cooler—so big plus!) Our 2 bedrooms are very comfy with great (King and Queen) mattresses. The neighborhood is quiet and near wonderful parks, UNM, and Nob Hill to walk (15 mins), bike ride or drive (2mins), which is lined with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants! We do have a $15/nt pet fee (up to $45 max per pet)

Home is 100 years old, built with adobe, brick floors, viga ceilings, kiva fireplaces & private patios. Resident manager in main house #1 oversees three rentals: casita #2 & #3 (each 1 bedroom 1 bath with open kitchen living area) and a 2 bedroom/2 bath house #57. All three have kiva fireplaces and private patios. Private hot tub on property and Off street parking.

The house is a six minute walk (450 yards) to Old Town where you'll find shopping, dining, history and museums. If you have an event at Hotel Chaco or Hotel Albuquerque, we're only about 150 yards away. You’ll love the location, the whimsical and artistic feel, the outdoor spaces, which are great for couples, business travelers, small families, and dogs (there's even a dog door). Also, before booking, you need to be a "verified" Airbnb user, which allows you to book automatically.
