This basement apartment is part of a home built in 1900. Recently remodeled, it has a separate bedroom, sitting room, kitchen area, and bathroom. One queen size bed and one sofa that converts into a queen bed. We can also provide a pack-and-play. Street parking available, or this house is a short walk to Hyde Park, Downtown Boise, Boise Foothills trails and Camelsback Park, St. Luke’s, and the VA. We are near the base of Bogus Basin, where great snow is just a quick drive up the hill.

Historic house in beautiful downtown area.

This charming house was built in 1906, and has been tastefully updated while still maintaining the character of the era. The house is on the historic walking tour, and has a commemorative land marker on the curb in front of the house. The house is close to the city center, parks, art and culture. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the coziness, and the location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).

The daylight basement apartment is part of a bungalow built in 1920, below our counseling office. Walk to Boise Foothills, historic Hyde Park, & downtown. Boise Co-op grocery & deli across the street, & convenience store next door. The apartment has a separate entrance, queen bed & a couch that sleeps two. Kitchen has a small fridge/freezer, oven, microwave & coffee maker. Wifi & Netflix. Limited parking on street. We do not live on the property, but will be available as needed.

North End cottage- Amazing Location- Updated!

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. So much of Boise is accessible by bike. My minimum stay is 5 nights. It may be possible to bring your dog to the cottage. Please read the "other things to note" for details. I do charge a fee with a maximum of 2 dogs.

Cozy Quarters on 2 acre farm in south Boise

Newly built home on 2.5 acres in south Boise. We are 15 minutes from the airport, downtown and the best shopping in Eagle and Boise. 550 sq./ft. mother-in-law quarters w/ private entrance and outdoor patio. Includes kitchenette, washer and dryer, private bathroom and large closet. Great for business travelers and couples. The space will sleep four, but you will have to like each other. Landscaping will be a work-in-progress. We have chickens.

This charming home was built in 1933. With a lot of the original features still in place, glass door knobs, kitchen sink and tile and hardwood floors, who doesn't want to stay in a piece of history. This home is close to the Historic Train Depot, Downtown, BSU, Parks, Freeway and Airport. Add in the cute neighborhood, and you can't beat it!!
