1920's Downtown Cottage near St. Lukes(duplex)

This is a duplex with a private yard. Each side is an air b and b. It was built in the 1920's a duplex. Each unit is approximately 700 square feet. Completely remodeled three years ago with all new appliances, fenced in private yard with deck, close to downtown! Lovely quiet historical neighborhood. Home has one bedroom, with dining area, living room with sofa that turns into a sofa bed and kitchen as well as a laundry room with washer/dryer. Sleeps four. Bathroom is off bedroom.

We are walking distance to the heart of downtown Boise with fine dining, breweries, arts and all that Boise has to offer. Out our back door are the Boise foothills for hiking or evening strolls for incredible views of Boise. Includes a private bedroom, spacious living room, separate kitchen and dining area. North End cottage- Amazing Location- Updated!

This beautiful, backyard cottage is located in Boise's North End. Camel's Back Park and miles of trails are just out the back gate and a short walk brings you to the Boise Co-op and wine shop or Hyde Park's food, coffee and shops. I provide 2 bikes for guest use. So much of Boise is accessible by bike. My minimum stay is 5 nights. It may be possible to bring your dog to the cottage. Please read the "other things to note" for details. I do charge a fee with a maximum of 2 dogs.
