Great decorated apartment in peaceful surroundings.

Bright and delicately decorated apartment. Built up as a hotel suite, with living room, bedroom with kitchenette, big shower and separate bathroom. Here you can relax in the quiet and rural surroundings. The summer towns of Risør, Kragerø and Tvedestrand are only a 40 minute drive away. And for those who love to go skiing, there's a big trail network at Kleivvann and Skitrekk on Gautefall. In summertime, you can seek out some of Gjerstad's nice swimming spots like Sandåkerhølen or Kleivvann. Hunting terrain can be rented through Statskog.

Vi leier ut den flotte leiligheten vår på Gautefall i Drangedal, med flotte tur muligheter. Her kan man reise til de populære Jettegrytene i Treungen. Leiligheten har 3 soverom med til sammen 9 sengeplasser. Nytt kjøkken som er utstyret med alt hva man trenger og plass til alle 9 gjester ved samme spisebord. Det 2 toalett og et bad med muligheter for klesvask. Leier må ha med sengetøy og håndklær. Leier må selv vaske ut leiligheten etter bruk, vaskeutstyr er tilgjengelig i leiligheten.

Nice family apartment in quiet apartment complex

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Here the children can ski/ake just outside the door. Cozy patio with benches and fire pans. Located in the immediate vicinity of the slalom slope and right by uphill cross country trails/ light trails. Autumn,spring and summer are fantastic hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike. The apartment is wall to wall with the hotel that can offer restaurant and bar with all of the rights.

Ski in/Ski out apartment.

Nice apartment right by the slopes. Ideal for families with children and friends. The apartment is regularly used by us, so there will be some: Clothes in the wardrobes. Toothbrushes, etc. in bathroom cabinet. Food in the kitchen. Skis in storage room. Otherwise, you are free to use all facilities such as sleds and board games. There are 8 sleeping places, but we do not recommend to be 8 adults.

For 9 persons. Really nice and cosy well equiped appartment at Gautefall in Telemark for rent. Lovely hiking-tracks just outside the door. Also perfect for mountain-bikes. Here you got everything in walking distance. A lot of activities for all the seasons. See pictures for more info and details.
