Our condo is 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1272 sq ft. We have a "No Pet", "No Children" Policy. The reason is that the condo is best suited for adults only, and some of our guests have pet allergies. Just one block from Old Town Florence. Condo has a deck with gas BBQ. There is a 46" TV, DVD , Roku and free WIFI. Master bedroom has a King Bed, large walk-in shower. The Guest room has a Queen bed. The Salty Duplex (Right Side)

We are located uptown, only 4 minutes from Winchester Bay! The neighborhood is very quiet and comfy. There is a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, a Keurig coffee pot with a random assortment of kcups, Traeger and gas BBQ, and a bar for good conversation. In the Livingroom we have Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed both upstairs. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the Livingroom, which is in the closet downstairs!

The kitchen is roomy and stocked with appliances and tools necessary for preparing meals. Sunny Peaceful Ocean Cottage

At the end of the road, this comfortable home offers solitude and a charming hobbit path to beautiful Heceta Beach. It's a great place for family fun or a romantic get-away. Well stocked for cooking and kicking back. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are in an open loft (with an enclosed bathroom dividing the two spaces. NOTE: We still allow pets, but have had numerous problems with irresponsible dog owners. Well-behaved dogs and owners who take responsibility for their pets are welcome.
