"Armagh On The Park" A former photographic studio and gallery, this newly renovated and charming cottage comes complete with a modern kitchen, dining, bathroom and a separate living area looking out into an award-winning garden sanctuary. The cottage stands alone so you can escape and relax in your own little piece of paradise and can house up to four guests. Free off-street parking. Private bathroom, and large bedroom upstairs and furnished throughout. Located walking distance to heart of Victoria Park, lots of restaurants, pubs, cafe's, and local shopping center. Public bus stop in front of townhouse goes directly to Perth city in 5min. (Only 15min to airport) You won't find a better quality, better location.

Relax in this cosy house located in sunny Victoria Park equipped with spa, dishwasher and other essentials. 60 m to bus stop. 450 m to Albany Hwy shopping and dining strip. 700 m to train station. 3.1 km to city free bus. 2.5 km to peaceful Heirisson Island (Kangaroos). 2.6 km to Crown Casino. 3.5 km to WACA. If you're lucky you can spot dolphins on the Swan River less than 2.5km away. Can accommodate 4 persons comfortably with extra 2 persons can use the sofa bed if needed.

Comfortable, convenient 1 bedroom apartment recently refurbished and furnished to a very comfortable standard. You will find all of the finishes that that make you feel like your at home, all of the conveniences you are looking for on holiday. The train station is a short walk less than 200 meters. Located in a great area to easily explore Perth and dine out with great local cafes /coffee shops a short walk away. Happy to give you local tips as we are local to the area.

The Boathouse - Studio in Perth's Gastronomic Hub

We are peacefully located, close to Vic Park cafes, Airport less than 15 minutes drive. Our SMOKEFREE studio is completely separate and therefore ISOLATION friendly, but requires a higher nightly rate to cover extra isolation requirements, eg. delivery of grocery items if required. Specific cleaning/sanitisation fee for extra cleaning currently required to ensure everyone has a safe and worry free stay with us, Liz & Chris.
