Cozy apartment in perfect location

Welcome, Looking forward to seeing you soon! A little piece of "home" is waiting for you. The apartment has a separate entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower:toilet, small terrace. In the morning you can hear birds chirping over a cup of coffee or jog in the nearby park, end the day at the "Greek" (150m) in the evening. The apartment is located in the countryside, but only 15 min. from the center. The Munich Munich fairgrounds are 20 min. The U-Bahn runs directly to the Oktoberfest in 15 minutes. Highway is 5. min. away.

Chic City Center Studio (French Quarter)

The 16 square meter room with bathroom is in Haidhausen, a lively, creative neighborhood in the center of Munich. A few meters away are supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You are on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Upon entering the room you will see in front of you the bright bathroom with shower and toilet, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has NO kitchen. On the left then high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

Beautiful apartment in the middle of the trendy district of Munich

You will find an apartment in the middle of Munich's student district. It is located on the 2nd floor. There is an open plan living/sleeping area with a double box spring bed and a dining area with a large dining table. In the kitchen there are 2 hotplates, a large fridge, a coffee machine and an espresso machine and plenty of dishes. The apartment has a nice bright bathroom with a bathtub. The hallway offers plenty of space. In the neighborhood there are many restaurants, cafes and shops.

Cozy apartment in a trendy district close to Oktoberfest, bars, clubs around the corner. 1 bedroom with queen-size bed, living room with pull-out couch, space for 2 people. Kitchen, bathroom, & pantry with washing machine. Parties, smoking not allowed. Free parking in the building only on request when booking, later only a paid parking space is available. The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.
