Fast and free wireless internet. Television with Netflix. Located in a central avenue very well connected. Opposite the entrance of the building is the metro and the bus and you will also find here: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, cafeteria and restaurant, bakery, ... Private parking (€ 20 per day). La ubicación central de este apartamento lo hace un punto de partida ideal para sus escapadas a los alrededores de Barcelona ya que se encuentra todavía en el centro pero esta alejado del bullicio de las zonas más turísticas. Está perfectamete comunicado por transporte publico a cualquier punto de la ciudad y a Ferias y Congresos. Este apartamento espacioso es una estupenda elección para su visita a Barcelona. Nada más entrar al apartamento, le dará la bienvenida 'Cobi', la mascota de los juegos olímpicos de Barcelona 1992. El salón comedor tiene un cómodo sofa esquinero que se convierte en cama, TV satélite, teléfono y internet wifi free. En el salón el huésped podrá relajarse tras un día de turismo por Barcelona, compartir y planificar las nuevas salidas o trabajar con su ordenador. Las grandes puertas acristaladas dan a un pequeño balcón que permite que entre mucha luz natural. La mesa del comedor puede acomodar perfectamente a todos los huéspedes. La cocina, que se encuentra junto al salón, esta completamente equipada para que usted pueda cocinar como en casa. Dispone de una zona con lavadero anexa a la cocina. Este tranquilo apartamento dispone de 4 dormitorios con cómodas camas de látex de 80x200. Los tres primeros disponen cada uno de camas individuales y el cuarto dispone de una cama matrimonial. Todos los dormitorios disponen de armarios para guardar sus pertenencias y de espacio para las maletas. Una de las habitaciones dispone de una pequeña caja de seguridad. Los dos preciosos baños tienen unidades de ducha, secador de pelo y toallas listas para su uso. Además, el baño principal puede ser usado como baño esclusivo en-suite del dormitorio matrimonial, simplemente cerrando a llave una de las puertas. El apartamento dispone de aire condicionado en el salón y en el pasillo, entre los dormitorios. También dispone de calefacción central para los meses frios. Para que puedan estar siempre conectados hay servicio de internet wifi de 50 megas gratis. HUTB 009406 Hi everyone! We are renting our nice and modern and centric apartment. It's sunny and quiet; perfect for couple and professionals! It's only 2 min walking to the metro station el Clot (line red and purple: 10 min for Catalunya square and only 4 min for la Sagrada Familia). In the same station is available the Renfe train to and from the airport of Bcn (30 min) The building (only five years old) is located in a nice zone, well connected with the touristic parts of the city and not so crowded. You can walk to the beaches of Poble Nou in about 20 minutes, and you are very close to the tower Agbar, the National theatre, the Encants market and every kind of store and restaurants. Sunny modern penthouse with delightful terrace

This apartment is home to chef Marc Vidal. It has been newly renovated to accommodate his needs, boasting a large kitchen counter top in an open-plan space, with hand-picked art pieces and furniture making it a warm and inviting home. It is super bright and has a wonderful terrace, perfect to sit out to eat and hang out, with views of the mountains and the sea. Located in the heart of Barcelona you find our comfortable studio. On the frontier of bohemian ¨Gracia¨ and stately ¨Eixample¨ you get best of both worlds. Most of Barcelonas treasures are just a stroll away. This well equipped and spacious apartment is on the ground floor of a typical ¨modernist¨building of the beginning of the 20th century. Please know that the apartment is interior. This means that there is little day light. The apartment is well lit and has a nice ambience.
