Private house with room, kitchen, bathroom and sauna (47m2) In the room, there is a fold-out sofa bed for two and a single bed( two children at different height) In the kitchen, there is a stove, oven, refrigerator, washing machine,dishes. For an additional fee, a house sauna, an outdoor sauna (ice hole), a barrel sauna by the pond. Hiking and skiing trail 1.5km. Babysitting is also possible.

Welcome to your perfect holiday home. The place is in the very center, meaning super easy access to everything, from fresh bakery and groceries to cross-country ski tracks... and everything else Otepää has to offer. The place has all you need for a perfect getaway for singles, couples, friends, or families including fast internet, a Finnish sauna, air conditioning, an espresso machine, amazing sunset views, and friendly neighbors. Heads-up regarding a strict no parties policy, though.

Veeda meeldejääv puhkus hubases ja rahulikus Ojavere puhkemajas. Tegemist on vana mõisa teenijate majaga, mis on nüüdseks renoveeritud. Maja on ehitatud aga 19.sajandi alguses. Siin on rahulik ja vaikne ning maja on puhkamiseks ideaalne. Hoovist voolab ka läbi pisike oja, mille vulinat on lõõgastav kuulata. Lähedal asuvad: Võrtsjärv (10km), Kuutsemägi (12km), Pühajärv (14km) Bensiinijaam on ~200m ulatuses ja küla pood ~2km ulatuses. Läheduses veel ka ujumiseks kaks järve ja seenemetsad.

Hidden Gem with privat garden

This is a unique place with style all its own. It's a small house with an outstanding livingroom, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and the main bedroom - all on the 1st floor. The second floor has another room where to sleep or to use as a workspace. Washing machine is in the basement. The garden is like an extension of the house. You can walk out from the kitchen. There are a lot of privacy where to have a meal, to sunbathe, read a book on a swing.

Spacious house near sporting facilities

The house is close to the Tehvandi stadium, city center, forest, great views, restaurants and dining. Its closeness to the skiing tracks and of the disc golf park makes it a great place for people who love sports! It being next to the forest and near lakes also gives a nice relaxation oportunity . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).

Cozy house in the beautiful nature of Otepää

!!Currently we are renewing the 2nd floor. It is not yet finished but for bigger groups we can fit maximum 3 people comfortably upstairs. Downstairs we have 6 sleeping places!! Tule lõõgastu Otepääl. Maja asub Aedlinna piiril, metsatuka ääres. Pühajärv on umbes 10/15 minuti jalutuskaugusel. Tegevust talvepealinnas jagub aastaringselt ja meie hubases majas on mõnus lõõgastuda pärast suusatamist, matkamist või pidustusi.

Family cabin with a beautiful view.

Our guesthouse is a perfect get-away for your nature loving family. Open terrace with lake view gives the house perfect amount of sunlight. House is built for our family and we often enjoy staying there as well. But any other time we would love you to also enjoy beautiful Otepää scenery and weather. Otepää is officially Estonian Winter Capital. House is just 500m away from Tartu marathon ski trails.

Memorable getaway from everyday for couples, friends or families. A peaceful cottage on the shore of the lake Võrtsjärv. Excellent place to relax and have a nice time. Private beach with a nice sandy bottom swimming option. Enjoy the nature, make a good saunatime, barbecue and just chill around – true restart from the everyday rush.
