House 150 meters from the beach with a large and beautiful garden. The house is fresh very comfortable and have 400mbps fiber internet speed. With two suites the same, the house is fully equipped for you to feel in a hotel with all the freedom and privacy in the world. With a gourmet area balcony with hammock, tables, chairs we also have a solarium with barbecue. The house has an outside bathroom near the entrance with an outdoor shower for those coming back from the beach! Garage for 4 cars.

Cheerful house

My place is approximately 300 meters from the beach and the river, 100 meters from the supermarket, pharmacy, near restaurants, bakery, marinas and yacht club. Integrated internal, external and garden area. It has leisure equipment (two bikes, parasol, beach chairs etc), barbecue and cooking utensils. Bring only your bed linen and towels. Air conditioning in the double bedroom and fans in the whole house. Great for couples, families with kids and pets. Large garden, land of 400 m2.

The house is very comfortable and in perfect harmony with nature, in gated community and 24h security. The outdoor area has a large garden with palm trees, coconut palms and fruit trees. The barbecue place and table on the balcony allow a perfect integration between all guests, whether inside the house, in the garden, the pool and wet bar. Single-storey house, beautiful, 70m2, with a small backyard, 03 individual garage spaces, practical, modern, easy to take care of house, with large spaces but with that typical beach decoration so that you feel like you are in your own beach house. SLEEPS ONLY 4 PEOPLE Super well-equipped home for short or long stay. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS BED AND BATH LINENS ONLY FOR LONGER STAYS FROM 7 NIGHTS. In case we need to rent it.
