NEWLEY REMODELED!!! This is a perfect spot to spend a weekend enjoying Colorado. It is a short drive or bus ride to Denver or Boulder and just a few blocks from Old Town Lafayette with many restaurants, bars and breweries to choose from. There are two bedrooms which can sleep 1 or 2 people each as well as a futon couch for 1 or 2 more. With advanced notice we can also set up an air mattress. Covered parking for two cars out front and a deck overlooking the private open space out back.

Frederick is well known for being one of the safest cities in Colorado multiple years running! It’s quiet and relaxing. I do a lot of writing and the peace is great. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. All ages, including infants, children and all ethnicities are welcome. We DO give refunds for cancelled flights!

Private home with new hot tub…close to Boulder!

My bright and cozy 3 bedroom home is 2 doors away from a beautiful and serene park and only a bike/short hike from adorable Old Town Lafayette (great restaurants and shopping) as well as Lake Waneka (with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Plus I just added a brand new hot tub! You will love my home and it’s very safe neighborhood!
