Queen bed with a pullout twin sleeper sofa for extra sleeping. TV and Wifi, with a smart TV for Netflix. no smoking.

This 600 square-foot basement level suite has windows in both bedrooms and the family room. It is completely private from the rest of the house and includes 2 bedrooms, a family room with wet bar, toaster, coffee maker, 2 small refrigerators and a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub. There is also a 51" TV and wireless internet access. All ages, including infants, children and all ethnicities are welcome. We DO give refunds for cancelled flights!

My bright and cozy 3 bedroom home is 2 doors away from a beautiful and serene park and only a bike/short hike from adorable Old Town Lafayette (great restaurants and shopping) as well as Lake Waneka (with gorgeous views of the Rocky Mountains). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Plus I just added a brand new hot tub! You will love my home and it’s very safe neighborhood!
