Gorgeous, unique, warm and inviting flat on the 10th floor of the tallest building in the Inner West - 180 degrees CITY VIEWS! no swimming pool now (renovation; pls inquire), gym, tennis court, free secure PARKING+ public transport nearby. Recently UPGRADED by AIR-CONDITIONING and ceiling fans in every room, new bathroom fixtures (mixer sink taps and shower heads with hoses), new washing machine, new dishwasher, new vac- cleaner, NEW FLOOR (kindly leave your "stiletos" at the entrance !).

Location, location, location. This studio is situated in the heart of buzzy Newtown. You can practically smell the coffee from the cafes on busy King Street and yet the studio is quiet and peaceful. Located right across the road from a popular park where there is alway something happening, dog walking, musicians plays their instruments etc. you can even do a tai chi class. The railway station is a short walk away - you can be in the CBD in 3 stops. Sydney Uni & RPA Hospital are also very close.

Delightful 2-bedroom home in heart of Erskinville. Calming back courtyard to have your morning coffee or for afternoon drinks in the garden. Erskinville station is a 3-minute walk from the house, and in two stops (8-minutes) you're in the center of Sydney City (Town Hall). Both bedrooms have queen beds and spacious. The house is great for a friends weekend away or family trip to explore Sydney. There is 2hr free street parking Mon-Fri 8-6pm. Outside those windows it’s free.

This private studio is inside our family home. The studio is 25m2 and has its own private entrance. Next to your room In the main hallway is your private bathroom. Your area is partitioned off from the rest of our home so please do not come past the partition uninvited. You have a kitchenette (no kitchen sink) and Queen bed in opposite corners of the room, leaving the rest of the room as a living area with 2 sofas and a TV. Wifi is superfast at 250mbps
