Lovely cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

The guesthouse is located in a peaceful and scenic area surrounded by field, apple orchard and with a view to Præstø Fjord. Private entrance and private south facing terrace. Landsbyskolen ligger 4,5 km fra Stege - og 4,5 fra fantastisk badestrand. I bor i en lille ferielejlighed i det tidligere skolehus. Der er 1 soveværelse + opholdsrum/stue med sovesofa, spiseplads, (WiFI), tv og egen terrasse og lille have, hvor der kan grilles i aftensolen. Der er adgang til køkken og eget bad/toilet. Ideelt til et par + evt. mindre barn. Ved booking over 2 personer (+ baby/mindre barn) får I et ekstra værelse med op til 4 sovepladser samt et ekstra spiserum.

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. Charming little house in peaceful countryside surroundings, overlooking lake from the living room. Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom sleeps 2, bathroom and hallway.
