Cosy villa on large enclosed land, without vis-a-life, swimming pool heated in summer and secured in quiet area, on the edge of pine forest. Lake (Moutchic Beach) and ocean by bike. Plancha, deckchairs, 2 3-seater canoes, 2 paddle board, ping pong table, petanque court. All amenities nearby . Numerous activities possible (skate, kite, golf, inflatable games on the lake, horses, surfing, sailing, paddle boarding...). Everything is included ( linens,towels), all you have to do is put your bags down!

The house is situated 40 meters from the lake, near a beautiful sandy beach. Longarisse, situated on the west coast of the lake and is ideal for families and all water sports. The house is recent. You can park in the road without any problem, the 350 m2 fenced garden is sunny and well exposed. The covered terrace is ideal for dining outside. We are situated ten minutes from Lacanau Ocean and its sandy beaches ideal for surfing, there are many cycle paths to visit the region. Sheets furnished.

Very quiet architect villa with pool.

Modern house 700 m from the C line of the tram that serves Saint Jean train station 20 minutes, the quays of Bordeaux, the city center and the Cité du Vin.
