Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

There is a really big garden you can get lost in, a shared barbecue space, tranquility and silence and views of the fjord. Great for cycling holidays, trout fishing, hiking, birdsong and nature. You are close to the Baltic route, the Archipelago trail and it is about 11 km to Faaborg and 18 km Svendborg.
