Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The little house is close to the sea. There is a private entrance, living room with kitchenette, sleeping alcove and bathroom. You'll have a sunny terrace to yourself. There is a refrigerator, electric cooker, toaster, microwave, crockery and cutlery (NOT stove). There is a really big garden you can get lost in, a shared barbecue space, tranquility and silence and views of the fjord. Great for cycling holidays, trout fishing, hiking, birdsong and nature. You are close to the Baltic route, the Archipelago trail and it is about 11 km to Faaborg and 18 km Svendborg.

Lovely apartment in a rural setting

NOTE THE MUNICIPALITY HAS CONSTRUCTION OF AUTISTIC INSTITUTION ACROSS FROM SO RISK OF BUILDING NOISE - UPDATE 27/10 - CONSTRUCTION IS JUST NOW MOST AT THE OTHER END OF THE SQUARE BUT DELIVERIES ETC. THAT CAN MAKE A LITTLE NOISE. Just outside Fangel is this lovely old property with a stylish apartment. Enjoy an overnight stay in the countryside - car is a necessity - about 4 km to the nearest shopping option. You can easily get to Odense city center - 10-12 km and the rest of Funen, as the highway exit Odense S is close to about 7-8min.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in u heated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Cossy, authentic, non smok summer house with a huge terrace and great ocean view. The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods.
