Cozy cottage, lovely view, close to Faaborg

Small cozy summerhouse 60 m2 about 200 meters from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. It has lovely views from the living room and terrace of meadow area and peek to the water. The house is bright and lovely, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet w/shower, 1 small bedroom with double box spring (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood-burning stove. Lovely terrace, there is a barbecue, sun loungers and outdoor furniture.

The home is located on South Funen and can be used all year round From May-September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in u heated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

"Real" cottage with great views!

The cottage is located in the beautiful Svanninge Bakker, close to Fåborg Golf Club and the Archipelago Route. It is 4 kilometers to Fåborg with good shopping and cozy restaurants. 6 kilometers to the beach. The house is a "real" cottage, quite simple but with everything you need. From the large terrace there is a wonderful view of the South Funen countryside and archipelago. Large undisturbed natural plot. Well-maintained cottage in scenic surroundings with a unique panoramic view of the sea as well as hilly terrain, field and forest. in a short distance is the cozy little village of Faldsled with marina and where the famous Faldsled inn is housed. Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, own beach plot, quiet undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion as well as two wood-burning stoves for the cool periods. Please bring bed linen and towels. Including cleaning, but coarse cleaning needs to be done. Close to forest and good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place on South Funen. Parties or other major events are not allowed.

Avernakø is a gem in the South Funen archipelago. The house on the island is spacious and cozy. It's secluded right next to the field and water. The house is well-functioning with up to 8 sleeping places in double beds, and all necessary equipment. On the island there is a grocery store, lovely nature as well as rich opportunities for swimming and fishing. There is a fixed ferry connection to Faaborg with many daily departures.
